Artist, Realtor & Home Transformation Specialist

About Shelley

Shelley spent over 15 years as a prototype sculptor and painter in the toy industry — She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from California State University Northridge. After the toy industry moved away from hand sculpting to computers, she knew it was time to switch paths to her other passion: real estate.

Years of managing her Mammoth vacation rental easily transitioned into becoming an active real estate broker. Her experience negotiating sculpting contracts, serving on her Mammoth HOA's board, and being a lifelong home DIY enthusiast gives her a well-rounded background that is a valuable asset to her clients.

Shelley Kemp

Her Approach

Shelley is enthusiastic, loyal, and hardworking. She keeps her clients' best interests in mind and communication open while guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process.

When preparing properties for listing, Shelley has been known to help with painting, cleaning, installing new carbon monoxide detectors, and staging. Properties are important lifelong investments, and Shelley works hard to reach her clients' goals.

What Guides Her Work

Honest Guidance

In real estate, Shelley believes in clear communication and genuine advocacy — helping clients make decisions that are right for them, not just the transaction.

Transformative Spaces

Through property preparation and staging, Shelley helps homes reach their full potential — creating environments that feel welcoming, balanced, and alive.

Intentional Craft

Every piece of pottery is sculpted by hand in the studio. Shelley works  efficiently  and deliberately, letting the clay guide the form.

If she's not selling real estate, she's most likely with her family on a beach, by a lake, or on a mountain.

The most famous house Shelley has been in is George Lucas' Skywalker Ranch.

Art and home are not so different — both ask us to pay attention, to care about the details, and to make space for what matters most.
